SUBJECT OF DATA PROCESSING

The Data Controller processes personal and identification data (such as name, surname, company name, address, telephone number, e-mail, banking and payment details, etc.), hereinafter referred to as “personal data” or “data”, provided by you when entering into contracts for the Controller’s services.

PURPOSES OF DATA PROCESSING

Your personal data are processed:

A) Without your express consent (Art. 24 letters a), b), c) Privacy Code and Art. 6 letters b), e) GDPR), for the following purposes:

  • to enter into contracts for the Controller’s services;

  • to fulfil pre-contractual, contractual and tax obligations arising from existing relationships;

  • to comply with obligations imposed by law, regulations, EU legislation or orders of Authorities (e.g. anti-money laundering);

  • to exercise the Controller’s rights, such as the right of defence in legal proceedings.

B) Only with your specific and separate consent (Arts. 23 and 130 Privacy Code and Art. 7 GDPR), for marketing purposes:

  • to send newsletters, commercial communications and/or advertising material relating to products or services offered by the Controller, via e-mail, post, SMS and/or telephone contacts, and to measure customer satisfaction;

  • to send commercial and/or promotional communications from third parties.

If you are already a customer, we may send you commercial communications relating to services and products similar to those already used, unless you object (Art. 130 paragraph 4 Privacy Code).

C) Your data may also be processed for internal profiling, statistical analysis and market research purposes.

PROCESSING METHODS

Data processing is carried out through the operations indicated in Art. 4 Privacy Code and Art. 4(2) GDPR, including collection, recording, organisation, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, deletion and destruction.

Processing is carried out using paper, electronic and automated tools.
Data will be processed until revocation or explicit deletion request.

DATA ACCESS

Your data may be accessed by:

  • employees and collaborators of the Controller, acting as authorised persons and/or internal processors;

  • third-party companies or professionals performing outsourced activities on behalf of the Controller, acting as external processors.

DATA DISCLOSURE

Without express consent, data may be disclosed to supervisory bodies, judicial authorities or other entities required by law.
Data will not be disseminated.

DATA TRANSFER

Data are stored within the European Union. If necessary, servers may be located outside the EU, in compliance with applicable laws and EU standard contractual clauses.

DATA OF MINORS UNDER 16

Persons under 16 may not provide personal data. Any false declarations will result in immediate deletion.

NATURE OF DATA PROVISION

Provision of data for service purposes is mandatory.
Provision for marketing purposes is optional.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

You may exercise the rights under Arts. 15–21 GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and complaint to the Supervisory Authority.
