Caiman shears for cutting faucets and valves
Caiman shears CX70 are professional machines specifically designed for cutting faucets, valves and brass or copper components, used in the recovery and processing of non-ferrous metals.
The machine allows the different metal components found in faucets and valves to be separated quickly, making the recovery and valorization of materials easier.
Thanks to its robust structure and high-power hydraulic cutting system, the shear ensures fast, precise and safe operations even with intensive work cycles.
The material is inserted manually into the cutting area and stabilized by a hydraulic hold-down plate, which keeps the piece steady during cutting to ensure precision and operational safety.

Technical features
The Caiman CX70 shear is designed to guarantee high productivity, operational safety and long service life. The machine consists of:

Operation is carried out via a foot pedal, which activates the cutting cycle and ensures continuous control by the operator during processing.
Cutting system
The machine is equipped with special-steel cutting blades with four cutting profiles, designed to adapt to the different geometries of the components to be processed. This configuration allows you to:
