Containers for waste oil

Waste oil containers are designed for the safe recovery, storage and disposal of used oils, in full compliance with current regulations. Made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and manufactured by rotational moulding, they guarantee high mechanical strength, environmental safety and long service life.

All containers feature a monolithic, joint-free structure, are 100% recyclable, UV-stabilised and equipped with a Duplex double-chamber system, consisting of an inner container in contact with the oil and an outer protective container, ensuring maximum safety against spills and leaks.

The containers do not require installation or assembly and can be placed directly on flat surfaces, making them immediately ready for use.

Available types

Mineral waste oil containers: the HDPE mineral waste oil container is the ideal solution for the safe storage of mineral-based oils, such as engine oil, as well as exhausted mineral, synthetic and semi-synthetic lubricating oils. Black in colour, it is made of UV-stabilised high-molecular-density polyethylene and is equipped with:

• Duplex double-chamber system
• Removable square drain filter basket
• Manhole protected by a rectangular cover
• Visual level indicator for oil quantity control

Depending on capacity, models may differ in base structure, but all are designed for easy handling and continuous professional use.

Hydraulic waste oil containers: the hydraulic waste oil container is made of HDPE with a black body and grey cover, the identifying colour for hydraulic oil recovery. This version is also produced by rotational moulding and features a Duplex double-chamber structure, ensuring high safety standards. The container is complete with:

• Integrated removable drain filter basket in the manhole
• Pressure gauge / visual level indicator
• Dedicated compartment for filling and extraction of waste oil

It is a patented product, designed for intensive professional use and supplied ready for use, without the need for installation.

Vegetable waste oil containers: the vegetable waste oil container is made of green HDPE, with a flat base and domed top, and is specifically designed for the collection and disposal of exhausted vegetable oils. Manufactured by rotational moulding, it features an extremely resistant monolithic structure and uses the patented Duplex double-chamber system. It is equipped with:

• Removable bottle-draining basket integrated in the manhole
• Visual level gauge
• Protective cover
• Compartment for filling and extraction of oil

It is particularly suitable for recovery companies, professional kitchens, industrial cooking centres and municipal collection centres.
