Mounting instructions on the forks
Strictly follow the assembly instructions provided below.
Before mounting the extension, verify that the forks of the forklift do not present breakages and have straight support surfaces.
Mounting procedure
- Remove the locking pin (P)
- Insert the forks completely into the extension
- Refit the locking pin (P)
- Check that the extension cannot unhook
Usage rules
- Observe the load capacity limits of the forklift
- Do not install the extensions on forks shorter than: P = (3 × D) / 2
- Do not install the extensions on forks with a cross section smaller than that required
- Never pick up a load with the tip of the extension
- Do not handle loads by pushing with the tips of the extensions
- Do not lift people
Important warning: the manufacturer shall not be liable in case of misuse or improper use of the fork extensions.
