Cargo bar carts

Cargo bar carts are designed for the safe storage and transport of bars up to 3–4 meters in length within industrial and production environments. They represent a practical and efficient solution for moving materials from one workstation to another, significantly reducing the risk of injuries related to manual handling.

Made of painted steel, Cargo bar carts ensure robustness, stability and long service life, even under intensive use. The structure is designed to keep the load orderly and securely contained during all handling phases.

The cart is equipped with four wheels, including 2 heavy-duty fixed wheels and 2 swivel wheels with brake, ensuring smooth, simple and controlled handling. The wheel configuration allows the cart to rotate 360° on its own axis, making maneuvering easy even in confined working areas.

Optional – LOAD UP kit: on request, the LOAD UP kit is available. The kit consists of three elements positioned on the base of the cart in correspondence with the containment uprights. This system allows the load to be lifted from the support base, enabling the operator, once the bars are positioned, to enter and exit safely with the forklift truck forks, improving ergonomics and speeding up operations.
