Lifting man baskets

Lifting man baskets are designed for lifting and working at height with personnel using cranes, ensuring high safety and reliability standards.
They are intended for extraordinary maintenance, construction, refurbishment and emergency operations, where certified equipment designed according to strict safety criteria is required.

All models feature a sheet steel structure designed to reduce the risk of entanglement, protect operators and tools, and ensure stable and controlled lifting operations.

Regulations and safety compliance

All lifting man baskets comply with essential safety requirements and conform to:

• Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008, Annex VI, point 3.1.4

The safety manager is responsible for assessing the suitability of the basket for the specific operation.

Round galvanized lifting man basket designed for the safe lifting of 1 person by crane. Suitable for targeted maintenance work at height where a compact, reliable and weather-resistant device is required.

367BR – Galvanized lifting man basket for 2 persons

Round galvanized version designed for lifting 2 persons. Ideal for extraordinary maintenance operations, construction and refurbishment activities where teamwork is required while maintaining high safety standards.

367 – Standard lifting man basket for 4 persons

Sheet steel lifting man basket designed for 4 persons, intended for continuous working-at-height operations. It is equipped with 4 lifting hooks positioned on the two long sides of the roof, ensuring balance and stability during lifting and handling operations. The access door is positioned on the side.

367TS – Standard lifting man basket for 4 persons with removable roof

Version for 4 persons equipped with a removable roof, a solution that increases operational versatility in specific applications. It maintains the same structural and safety features as the standard model, with 4 lifting hooks for controlled handling. The access door is positioned on the front.

367L – Standard lifting man basket for 5 persons

Lifting man basket designed for lifting and working at height of 5 persons. The sheet steel walls ensure maximum protection, reducing the risk of entanglement (for example with branches during outdoor use) and protecting operators and equipment. Equipped with 4 lifting hooks positioned on the long sides of the roof to ensure stability and safety. The access door is positioned on the side.

367F – Lifting man basket for emergency intervention

Specific lifting man basket for emergency intervention operations at height, particularly used in areas affected by seismic events. The dimensions allow the transport of 4 standing persons and 1 person on a stretcher, enabling the recovery and securing of injured people blocked on upper floors. The structure is equipped with 4 lifting hooks to reduce uncontrolled oscillations and ensure safe handling even in critical conditions. The access door is positioned on the side.
