Lifting of persons is permitted only with work equipment and accessories provided for this purpose.
In exceptional cases, equipment not provided for this purpose may be used for lifting people provided that adequate safety measures have been taken, in accordance with good technical provisions which provide for the appropriate monitoring of the means employed and the registration of such equipment control.

Where there are workers on board the load lifting work equipment, the control post must be permanently occupied. Raised workers must have a secure means of communication. Their evacuation in case of danger must be ensured.
